Things are a little messy because I am in a transition phase at
the moment. I am adding more content for the regular non-technical computer user. I want this to be a place for people
to learn how to solve their own PC problems without having to go to a local shop or big box store and get ripped off.
Will I know everything?
Of course not. But, unlike others I will not take advantage of you. I will
help you get the right information from a reliable source and not have you pecking all over the web to who-knows-where to
get the wrong answer.
How to contact me? You can email me here. Or, if you live in or near the St Louis area I can come to you. I do charge up
to $30 to come to your home or business. If you opt for a service, you will not get charged the extra $30 for my visit. I
do combine services and give DEEP discounts for multiple computer jobs.
I do have guides on this site for repairing your computer by yourself, but
if you are not comfortable with that:
-Virus removals are $50 to $70 depending on how bad they are. And no, buying
some fancy Anti-Virus won't solve your problem. They all have one fatal flaw - MALWARE. Big box stores charge from $100 to $200 to do the same. The
ones that come out to you in their cute little clown cars charge an additional $100 just for the drive!!
-To totally wipe your computer and reload Windows is $75, but will take a
few hours, because I'll probably have to back up your files.

your computer. These are things I do for FREE when I'm removing your virus or reloading Windows.
