I bought latches to hold the bottom panel on under the strain of the nearly 40 pound Vapochill.

Here's how it looks attached. I'm using bolts to keep it on temporarily, till I find something
better.

Next I cut out a hole in the back for the Vapochill to exhaust its heat build up.

Obviously, the hole looks stupid so I covered it with mesh painted to match.

R2D2 has projectors on his front and back. The front one was made famous by Episode 4 where
he projects Leia's image to Obi Wan. The back I've never seen used, but they are both being included.

Here's the parts for the Vapochill. The PCB on the right is the Chill Control unit.
When someone presses to on bottom on the case. The signal goes to the Chill Control first before getting to your motherboard
and turning your computer on.

As I said, I will be making the projectors, but only the front one will actually be utilized.
It will act as the power light and will always remain on while the PC is running. I wanted to find one of those prize
balls from candy machines to hold the light in place. Later, my wife told me about these little prize balls she
had seen when we were at the mall.

I cut a hole in the bottom for the LED.

Then I fed in the LED and glued it into place.

And I pushed the ball into the back of the projector. I drilled a hole into the dome
and fed the line through before glueing the projector to the dome.

I tested the projector using my Craftstick Airplane PC and it works real nicely.

As you can see R2's head is pretty much done. I still want to fix some of the painting by
sharpenening the blue edges and then pinstriping everything. I've seen the projector where it's at now and in a lower
spot near the blue boxes. I thought it looked weird having all that space above it, so I put it there.

Next on the agenda is the PSU. I cut a hole in the back for it.

And of course, I used mesh to cover it up.

I hadn't yet done anything with the cooling for the upper part, so I decided to mount one intake
fan into each of the legs.

I cut the hole with my hole saw.

And squeezed in the fan and grill.

As of right now the only exhaust fan will be here:

The back projector has been put on. Again, it's not going to be used for anything.

The dome wiring is complete. You can see the projector light and next to it is the hard drive
LED. It will be behind the little red lens under R2's eye. When the HD is being accessed this light will
blink.
